1. Refund Policy

Before purchasing, please confirm the products and services you wish to buy:

A refund must be given for the following reasonable reasons:

(1) Delivery was not completed within the specified time after purchase.

(2) Repeat purchases caused by payment platforms.

(3) Orders that have been paid for but not yet processed.

When submitting your order, please fill in the shipping address and other relevant information as prompted on the page. If the product cannot be delivered due to your failure to fill in accurate information, the order will be considered completed 365 days after the date of order confirmation. Neither party will have any rights or obligations to the other, and the payment already received will not be refunded.

2. Refund Method

If you used a Visa/MasterCard/American Express credit/debit card, we will deposit the refund into your original payment card;

If you use a PayPal wallet, refunds are usually stored on your original payment card and in some cases are returned to your PayPal balance;

If you used other payment methods, please contact our 24/7 online customer service for refund information. Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method, but will not exceed 30 days.
